Hi, my name is Alex Kay and I'm an avid supporter of all things affecting our well being, whether this be Health and Fitness, Nutrition, Personal Development, Self Protection, or the many other areas affecting or helping our quality of life. I also write the Improving Well Being newsletter each week.
Improving Well Being is a different read for different people from all walks of life.

The aim is to provide original material presented in a unique style that makes the read easy, entertaining and inspiring.
Improving Well Being is now a full part of me, and I love writing about all the things that concerns - whether it be a rant about something I've seen in the news, telling you about a certain way to get better results, reviewing a product I've been impressed with or crafting an article that I think will be beneficial. Whatever it may be, I try to write as though to a friend, chatting about life, but with a hope I can make a difference to improving your well being!
I hope that personal feeling comes across.
But what will I actually find in Improving Well Being?...
Generally, Improving Well Being, hopes to provide you with benefits and gains for your feelings of ease, comfort and happiness - while at the same time helping you to be more successful personally, with your family, your business and/or your job. Helping you to maintain a good feeling about all that life has to offer is what is strived for.
